Completed in 1907, the station building features a romantic wooden-lace style and a 216-meter-long covered platform. The museum's outdoor area displays historic locomotives and carriages.

Comics drawing workshop for children and young people
On the 3rd of August the Nordic-Baltic comics exhibition "Mythbústers" opens in Haapsalu.
As part of the exhibition, there will be a comics workshop for children and young people on the 8th of August. It will take place between 11:00 and 13:00 and will be done by Emmi Valve from Finland. It is free of charge and open to everyone (no need to register in advance). You can also arrive a bit later!

More than 500 items are on display, ranging from pottery shards, pendants, and ornamental studs to brooches, breast chains, shield bosses, spearheads, swords, and their fragments. This magnificent archaeological exhibition is unique in Estonia.

The historic Haapsalu railway station houses exhibitions on the history of Estonian railways, as well as the history of telephones, radios, and televisions.
